Position Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for executing daily operational workflows, ensuring process consistency, and supporting organizational efficiency through structured execution and AI-powered automation tools.
Position Details:
Location: Northbrook, IL
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operational tasks and coordination
Track and report operational KPIs
Support scheduling, workflow execution, and task management
Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures
Identify inefficiencies in daily workflows
Support leadership with execution of initiatives
Maintain operational reporting systems
AI & Automation Requirement
Must use AI tools to automate reporting, scheduling, and task tracking
Responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce manual operational work
Expected to leverage AI for data analysis and workflow optimization
Must support implementation of automation tools across operational teams
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
4–7 years of management experience in Healthcare setting overseeing Accreditation, Clinical Operations, or a combination of both
Experience managing workflows, scheduling, or operational execution
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience working with KPIs and reporting tools
AI Requirement:
Experience using AI tools for reporting, task management, or workflow optimization
Ability to identify and eliminate manual or redundant processes leveraging AI tools
