Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Canvas Wellness, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients, identifying their unique needs, and developing personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Providing both individual and family therapy sessions, where you will work with couples together as well as with each individual separately to address relational dynamics and personal challenges.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that address a variety of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Coordinating care with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for your clients.
\n
• Documenting all patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings and case discussions to enhance collaborative care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population, including adults, children, adolescents, and families facing various life challenges. You will provide therapeutic services for issues such as:

• Adjustment Disorders, including those stemming from separation and divorce

• Grief and Loss

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
\n
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care and a genuine passion for helping families and individuals.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous clinical experience in a community health setting or private practice.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
