Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health services to stable, low-acuity adults. These individuals may present a range of mental health needs but often require guidance in navigating their daily challenges and enhancing their overall quality of life. You will help empower clients by equipping them with the skills necessary for self-improvement and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  \n
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  \n
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  \n

• No limited/provisional licenses or pending disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated compassionate approach to client care.

• Proficiency in using computers, telehealth technology, and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a remote counseling environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy or similar modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and experience. In addition, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, including:
