CNC Manufacturing is an industry leading expert in the precision machining of performance critical parts in diverse industries including defense, aerospace, marine, and medical/dental. The 37,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility in Coatesville, PA features some of the industry's most technologically advanced machining and quality control equipment. CNC Manufacturing celebrates the diversity and expertise of its team members and proudly employs several armed services veterans. We currently have openings on first and second shift. We are looking for both entry level and skilled candidates. If you have a strong mechanical background, a willingness to learn the trade, and attention to detail - you owe it to yourself to apply!

If you are interested in second shift, it would be working four 10-hour days with a 15% shift differential - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays OFF! Training would be provided during first shift. Base hourly wage rate depends on experience and skill level.

• Beginner - $22-$25/hr.
• Intermediate - $26-29/hr.
• Advanced - $32+/hr.

Requirements

A CNC Machine Operator will know or be taught how to:

• Read and understand blueprints and job instructions
• Understand raw stock identification and preparation
• Run jobs as programmed with the ability to change/adjust machine offsets
• Modify tooling for job use
• Understand safe positions, absolute-machine-relative coordinates
• Understand X+/-, Y+/-, C+/- and B+/-
• Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurements
• Perform basic maintenance on machine and fixtures
• Maintain a clean, organized & safe work area; comply with all Safety and ISO standards
• Communicate well, follow instructions, and be responsible for personal performance
• Other operator duties as required

Starting salary depends on experience level as stated above.

Physical Requirements: standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, finger dexterity, visual acuity, and color vision.

Work Environment: production machine shop with a moderate level of noise and industrial hazards
