Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct detailed assessments and therapy sessions with couples, providing focused attention on individual and family dynamics.

• Develop tailored treatment plans addressing a variety of issues, including alcohol abuse , grief and loss , conflicts among family members , and communication difficulties .
\n
• Facilitate group sessions and workshops, using evidence-based practices to improve family relationships and communication skills.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care and support.
\n
• Create reports documenting patient progress and participate in case reviews to ensure effective treatment plans are maintained and adjusted as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on working with diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families across various life stages. Areas of focus will involve:

• Supporting adults and child/adolescent populations in navigating issues related to job stress , medical challenges , blended families , and separation and divorce .
\n
• Addressing behavioral issues that impact overall family functioning and well-being.
\n
• Guiding clients through significant life transitions, providing coping strategies and emotional support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed professionals, experience in the following areas is highly preferred:
