What We Do Direct or manage day‑to‑day operations of an assigned branch or branches where escrow transactions are completed. Act as a neutral third‑party between buyers and sellers during real estate sales, managing funds and processing transactions. Ensure employee compliance with established practices, provide training, prepare reports, audit procedures, and implement process and policy improvements. How You’ll Contribute Supervise escrow positions and other support roles within the branch. Serve a designated market and act as the branch’s primary point of contact for office management issues. Align branch goals with business unit goals, monitor metrics, report to management, and recommend process or policy changes based on results. Maintain client relationships, resolve escalated issues, and provide guidance on products, services, policies, or transactions. Implement processes and supervise daily operational tasks of employees. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 6+ years of directly related experience. 3–5 years of demonstrated leadership or management experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Strong process and problem‑solving skills; detail oriented. Strong computer skills and knowledge of company operating systems and applications. Supervisory and administrative skills; ability to lead and seek advice. Ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of competitor, financial, and industry dynamics. Specialized knowledge in one or more escrow product areas. Basic accounting/finance skills to interpret financial statements. Customer service orientation with prompt response to customer needs and commitment to service excellence. Teamwork: balances team and individual responsibilities, encourages feedback, and builds morale toward shared goals. Pay Range $40.87 – $54.47 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for the position at the time of posting and may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
