Job Summary Commercial Litigation Associate based in Seattle, Washington. Joining an established practice that handles business, finance, intellectual property, real estate, and litigation across industries. Qualifications 2-5+ years of commercial litigation experience Washington State Bar membership JD Responsibilities Day‑to‑day motions practice, preparation for and attendance at hearings and depositions, review of discovery, drafting of briefs, and some transactional work. The role offers reasonable billable hour requirements, a high commission structure, and potential bonuses for exceeding billable hours or bringing in new clients. Work Environment Primarily in‑office with hybrid scheduling options. Organization National firm expanding its presence in the Pacific Northwest, with growing Seattle and Portland offices.
