Front Desk Agent

Position Summary We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent at the Boston Marriott Burlington. Responsibilities Welcoming guests and creating a memorable first impression. Assisting with luggage, escorting guests to rooms, and providing information about hotel amenities and the local area. Opening doors for guests arriving by vehicle, parking and retrieving vehicles as requested. Explaining hotel amenities and fun facts to enhance the guest experience. Assisting the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized. Working collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding service. Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction. Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for six months, and the ability to drive and retrieve hotel vehicles. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Pleasant, helpful personality with excellent verbal communication skills. Capability to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Outgoing and engaging personality with a desire to make a positive impact on guests and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting. Compensation $19.00 – $19.00 per hour.
