Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing support to students and schools through speech-language pathology services. This full-time, on-site position offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8:00 am to approximately 4:30 pm, serving a diverse caseload of about 85 students. The assignment runs from ASAP through May 25th, 2027, allowing you to make a meaningful impact over multiple school years.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a school setting, and are passionate about supporting students’ communication needs. You’ll work closely with a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist, contributing directly to the academic and social success of children.

Qualifications:

• Valid credentials as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Minimum of one year experience working as an SLPA, preferably in a school environment
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and documentation procedures
• Ability to work full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Committed to collaborative teamwork and supporting lead SLPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services to students under the supervision and guidance of a licensed SLP
• Follow pre-established treatment plans and report student progress to the supervising SLP
• Document session outcomes in accordance with school and district protocol
• Assist in the preparation of materials and resources for therapy sessions
• Engage with educators, students, and families to promote student development
• Adapt to evolving caseload needs and school priorities as necessary
