Daily Responsibilities: Menu planning and development Ensuring food quality and consistency Managing kitchen operations Overseeing back of house staff Managing food cost and inventory Required Skills: Leadership Experience in culinary arts Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques Experience in fine dining and catering Knowledge of food safety regulations Experience in restaurant management Menu development experience Knowledge of labor cost management Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $75,000.00 Maximum Salary: $90,000.00 Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off Company Information: Our company is a New Jersey–based hospitality group that owns and operates neighborhood-driven, sophisticated casual dining restaurants with a strong focus on food quality, service consistency, and community connection.
