Quality ManagerJoin Crane Currency as a Quality Manager in Alpharetta, GA and be a part of a team that values continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.As the Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality Assurance function for our Alpharetta facility, driving excellence in quality systems, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives. In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner across Operations, Supply Chain, New Product Introduction, and Customer Care to ensure robust quality processes, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in creating and sustaining effective business processes, reducing variation, improving product quality, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Your leadership will help ensure consistent performance, operational excellence, and long-term business success.Partner with Operations and leadership teams to implement and improve process controls through metrics, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead quality-related initiatives focused on process controls, problem solving, and variation reduction.Oversee the Quality Assurance laboratory and provide leadership to QA Technicians.Ensure effective knowledge transfer and communication across shifts and teams.Develop, integrate, and sustain lean methodologies and quality standards to strengthen process compliance and effectiveness.Collaborate with New Product Introduction, Supply Chain, and Customer Care teams to improve quality performance across the product lifecycle.Serve as the Management Representative responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO and other certification requirements.Build, develop, and lead a high-performing quality team while promoting continuous improvement, employee development, and workplace safety.Required:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.Minimum of 5 years of progressive quality experience with demonstrated business impact.Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing or production environment.Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and applicable quality standards.Strong experience developing, deploying, and sustaining quality systems.Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and team development skills.Preferred:Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.Experience within a high-tech manufacturing environment.Experience creating and managing budgets aligned with business objectives.Experience facilitating process improvement workshops and cross-functional initiatives.Strong business acumen with fact-based decision-making capabilities.
