We focus on helping recent college graduates, with no experience, get access to full‑time, entry‑level opportunities with some of the Nation's top employers. Our clients include ground-breaking start‑up companies and well-established billion‑dollar organizations who want to find their next generation of talent. The Job We are currently searching for an entry‑level Account Executive to join a growing organization focused on client relationship management and business development. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building connections, communicating professionally, and working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. In this position, you will support the sales process by developing relationships with prospective clients, learning how to manage business conversations, and helping identify solutions that meet customer needs. You’ll receive hands‑on training and mentorship while gaining exposure to client communication, account management, and business strategy. Recent college graduates and early‑career professionals are encouraged to apply. What You Will Be Doing: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Communicate with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings Learn how to identify client needs and present appropriate solutions Support account management and ongoing customer communication efforts Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Collaborate with internal teams on business development initiatives and client support Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and networking opportunities Assist with follow‑up communication and relationship development throughout the sales process Our Ideal Account Executive has: Professional presence: Comfortable communicating with clients in a polished and professional manner Relationship‑building: Enjoys developing trust and maintaining strong interpersonal connections Communication: Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Adaptability: Able to learn quickly and adjust in a fast‑paced environment Initiative: Self‑motivated and willing to take ownership of responsibilities Coachability: Open to feedback and interested in continuous professional growth Requirements to be a Business Development Representative: Bachelor's degree Equal Opportunity Statement Katapult Network is an equal‑opportunity employer and celebrates diversity in all of its forms.
