Job RoleRemoteFull Stack Developer (PHP Laravel / NextJS) with Production Support ExperienceWe are looking for a US-based Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, NextJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and MySQL, who can serve as an extension of our offshore engineering team.This role requires a developer-first mindset, with the ability to contribute to both feature development (60-70%) and L2 production support (30-40%) for business-critical applications.Must-Have Skills10 years of software development experienceStrong expertise in:
