Client Account Specialist

To support self-pay clients in their treatment journey, the remote Client Account Specialist will develop financial plans, ensure timely payments, and manage client account inquiries while working a flexible schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with financial inquiries and appointment scheduling Prepare and monitor payment plans for clients, escalating issues as needed to the Client Account Team Lead Review financial assistance applications and allocate funding to approved recipients while ensuring compliance with financial policies Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Two years of phone experience with customers Two years of experience in health care, preferably with client benefit coverage and/or claims Basic knowledge of Teams, Outlook, and Office programs Experience in a behavioral health environment preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
