Occupational Therapist School Setting - Fort Bragg, NC

Key Qualifications:

• Active license or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina
• Previous experience working within a school-based environment preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric therapy practices, IEP processes, and sensory integration
• Genuine passion for working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' functional needs within the school setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment strategies in line with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, support personnel, and families to create accessible learning environments
• Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Adapt therapy approaches to accommodate each student's unique strengths and challenges
