Delivering outstanding customer value starts on the production floor with skilled craftsmanship and pride in the work.Essential Job FunctionsPerform various stages of the assembly process to build high-quality products according to specifications and production schedules.Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assemble components and subassemblies.Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards before moving to the next production phase.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.Assist with material handling tasks, including receiving, moving, and staging parts and finished goods as needed.Participate in regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve issues that impact workflow.Perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and standing for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues promptly and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the required activities, duties, or responsibilities of the team member.
