HR Generalist

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and adaptable HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems support. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic HR support in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day human resources operations across multiple functional areasAssist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processesAdminister employee records and maintain HRIS data accuracyRespond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR proceduresSupport benefits administration, open enrollment, and related documentationAssist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationHelp ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR best practicesPartner with managers and employees to support employee relations mattersAssist with performance management processes and documentationPrepare HR reports, audits, and other administrative materials as needed
