Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring rapport and trust is established to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and treatment needs, modifying care plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for every client, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and diagnose conditions appropriately.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to address clients’ specific challenges.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to promote professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, independent LMHC license is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Our employees can benefit from a Fee-for-Service compensation model, which includes guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections.
