About the Role

Our C-level Consulting Executives work on a contract basis and deliver our sales training IP and methodology across multi-day client workshops with a focus on helping our clients elevate their sales proposals to the most senior "Buying Executive." AI is a critical component of these efforts. Within our “Elevate Value” C-level practice, we recruit only highly-experienced senior-level executives- e.g. 20+ years of senior executive experience as CEO, President, Board, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO, CRO, etc. While P&L experience is strongly preferred, candidates must possess strong financial acumen. We’re not seeking professional consultants, but rather C-level executives who wish to consult and are intellectually interested in our work and client set. We make an investment to train our Consulting Executives, who then deliver highly-interactive workshops. These workshops are typically conducted in-person at client HQ or regional office locations, so ability to travel is a pre-requisite. We also deliver workshops virtually across a multitude of video platforms. The successful candidate will have served at the executive level within a market-leading enterprise of $500M+ revenue, fluent in C-suite metrics, and have experience negotiating externally with other C-levels. At this time, we are currently recruiting for North America-based, English-speaking and Spanish-speaking C-level executives. As our work includes extensive Executive role-plays with client sellers, you will work well in high-intensity situations while providing experienced-based executive mentorship and coaching. Must be a natural storyteller with a sense of humor/fun in approach.
