Nuestro men de cena se centra en cortes selectos y una exquisita barra de mariscos, con un programa completo de desayuno y almuerzo y un animado happy hour. Buscamos un Gerente de Cocina que lidere desde la l nea, mantenga el est ndar en cada plato, y nos ayude a construir algo especial. El Puesto Como Gerente de Cocina, usted establece el est ndar de la cocina en consistencia, en limpieza, en c mo se presenta el equipo en la l nea. Este puesto se trata de asegurar que cada plato salga de la cocina correctamente, turno tras turno. Sus Responsabilidades Operaciones y ejecuci n de cocina supervisar la preparaci n, la ejecuci n en l nea y el flujo del servicio; liderar desde la l nea, no desde la oficina Liderazgo de equipo capacitar, guiar y responsabilizar al personal de cocina; dirigir reuniones previas al turno que alineen al equipo con las prioridades Programaci n de horarios redactar el horario semanal de cocina para la aprobaci n del Gerente General, equilibrando la cobertura con los objetivos de mano de obra Pedidos, recepci n e inventario inspeccionar las entregas, verificar calidad y cantidad, y mantener el almacenamiento organizado y preciso Equipo e instalaciones detectar necesidades de mantenimiento antes de que se conviertan en fallas de servicio Seguridad alimentaria y sanidad mantener la cocina limpia, organizada y lista para inspecci n en todo momento Control de costos gestionar el costo de alimentos mediante pedidos precisos, porciones disciplinadas y reducci n de desperdicio Oportunidad de Crecimiento Este puesto ofrece experiencia pr ctica de liderazgo real y exposici n al alcance m s amplio de dirigir una cocina, para la persona indicada interesada en asumir mayor responsabilidad gerencial.
