Digital Media Specialist

Own the budget. Own the data. Own the results. Are you a media buyer who gets genuinely excited by a well-optimized dashboard? Someone who can move seamlessly from building an audience segmentation strategy in the morning to defending a six-figure monthly budget decision in the afternoon? We want to talk to you. We’re looking for a Sr. Paid Digital Media Buyer to drive global lead generation across a portfolio of platforms: Google (Display & Demand Gen), Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain, alongside experience across Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. This isn’t a "set it and forget it" role. You’ll be hands-on in the platforms daily, and hands-on with the data that tells you what to do next. Why this role You’ll report to the Digital Media Team Lead and sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, close enough to the numbers to catch a trend before anyone else does, and senior enough to shape how we test, scale, and spend. Your campaigns won’t just hit KPIs; they’ll directly fuel a global sales team’s pipeline. What you’ll be doing Running the show across channels, designing, managing and optimizing digital media campaigns to meet and beat client acquisition and ROI targets Building smarter audiences, using first- and third-party data for segmentation, retargeting and lookalike modeling Living in the data, analyzing performance metrics, spotting trends, and turning insight into action to maximize ROAS Partnering cross-functionally, working with Strategy & Planning and our in-house creative agency, from early ideation through to launch, on high-impact ads and creative testing frameworks Testing relentlessly, leading ongoing experimentation across audiences, creative, formats and placements to unlock incremental gains (A/B testing and geo-targeting are part of your everyday toolkit) Staying platform-fluent, working directly with partners at Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi and Outbrain to keep ahead of best practices and new opportunities What you bring 3+ years of hands‑on paid digital media experience as a buyer/planner, digital media analyst, or account manager, managing full‑funnel campaigns Proven experience managing six‑figure monthly budgets , front‑end to back‑end Deep platform expertise across native and display, Google, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi, Outbrain, plus familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and comfort turning raw data into a clear story Experience with web analytics tools, Google Analytics, Tableau and/or Power BI (we’re currently on Tableau and transitioning to Power BI, so adaptability is a plus) A genuine curiosity for testing, optimization, and the "why" behind the numbers The kind of person who thrives here: You’re equal parts analyst and strategist. You can talk creative testing frameworks with an agency in one meeting and defend a budget reallocation with hard data in the next.
