Job Description

This per diem Registered Nurse position specializes in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) care. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill newborns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to NICU patients.
• Collaborate with medical staff to formulate and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate families on neonatal care and health promotion.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
• Current New Jersey RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
