HR Manager

Vaco is hiring for a Human Resources Manager opportunity in Mt. Lebanon PA. Direct Hire, Onsite Salary: 90-100,000/yr Position Summary Independent, professional role responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. Serves as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring efficient HR operations and a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions. Lead talent acquisition efforts; partner with department leaders to attract, interview, and hire qualified, diverse candidates. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain and update HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, terminations, and conflict resolution. Administer compensation, benefits, and HR programs; coordinate with vendors on health and wellness plans. Support collective bargaining activities and participate in labor relations processes. Develop and deliver training programs related to HR policies, compliance, and employee development. Prepare reports and analyze HR data related to compensation, benefits, and workforce trends. Serve as liaison to internal stakeholders, boards, and external partners; respond to employee and public inquiries. Lead or support process improvement initiatives and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Public Administration, or related field; Master’s or SHRM-SCP preferred. 5 years of HR experience (or equivalent combination), including employee and labor relations. Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation). Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
