Patient Coordinator

Northwest Eye Clinic has an opening for a full-time Patient Coordinator. This position would be at our Crosstown location. Summary Starting pay is $18.50-$21.00/hour. Essential Job Responsibilities Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization with attention to detail. Accurate data entry. Personable and empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns. Ability to work as a team member. Respectful treatment of patients and co‑workers. Composure under pressure Education High school diploma or equivalent. Experience One year minimum experience in customer service. Experience in a medical practice is preferable.
