This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services. NOTE: This role is in no way related to the administration of employee benefits such as one might see in a company Human Resources Department. This role supports the SALE of employee benefits to organizations. This is a full-time, onsite role. You may find the location of your nearest Inszone office by visiting Responsibilities: Process policy changes and respond to enquiries with the utmost professionalism and timeliness Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices. Process endorsements for clients. Manage a diverse book of house accounts. Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers. Support designated staff. Review and respond to renewal activities. Follow up and see tasks thru to completion. Always protect the best interest of both the company and the customer. Qualifications: Experienced - The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the sale of employee benefits Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Licensed - Current license required. Quick learner - We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly. A quick starter who can integrate new knowledge will be set up for success. Computer literate - Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. Communication - The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all. Organization - Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner. Team Oriented - Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace. Professionalism - A senior team member is expected to set the example for other team members, in both success and professionalism. Education and Certification: Active license appropriate to the line of business is required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
