Administrative Assistant
$25 - $28 per hourAdecco US, Inc.
A growing organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives on keeping information organized, processes on track, and daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, supporting multiple departments, and being the person others rely on to keep things moving.
What You'll Do
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Support billing processes, including AIA billing experience if applicable
Assist with documentation, contracts, and reporting
Coordinate communication with staff, vendors, and outside agencies
Research and support property tax documentation
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports
Oversee office supplies and vendor relationships
What Success Looks Like
Records and documentation are accurate and easy to access
Billing tasks are completed on time
Teams have the information they need to stay productive
Daily office operations run efficiently with minimal follow-up
What We're Looking For
3+ years of administrative or office management experience
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Experience with billing processes
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred: Experience with AIA billing and supporting administrative operations in professional office settings. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
