FD Design is a growing design-build firm specializing in high-quality residential renovations and custom construction projects throughout the Lehigh Valley. We are looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering exceptional work.

This is not a production framing job and it's not a place for shortcuts. We're looking for someone who understands that the details matter and who wants to be part of a team that values quality over speed.

What You'll Do:

• Perform all phases of residential carpentry and remodeling
• Execute projects according to plans and specifications
• Install cabinetry, trim, doors, millwork, flooring, and finish carpentry elements
• Assist with framing, drywall, and general renovation work as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Identify issues before they become problems and help find solutions
• Represent the company professionally in clients' homes

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Approximately 10+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
• Strong understanding of residential remodeling and renovation practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to read plans and execute work accurately
• High standards for quality and craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
