As a Float MA, you'll support multiple clinics, get to know different teams and providers, and help patients feel welcome and cared for. Whether you're starting your medical career or bringing experience with you, we'd love to hear from you!No MA Certification Required—we'll help you get started!We provide two full weeks of paid, hands-on training to help you learn our processes, practice your skills, and feel comfortable in your role. Bring your curiosity and a great attitude, and we'll support you as you grow.Key ResponsibilitiesObtain and document manual vital signs.Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed by providers.Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.Support front desk operations as needed.Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage.QualificationsPhysical copy of a high school diploma or GED required.Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 documented externship hours.Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required.Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills.Ability to adapt to different clinic teams and workflows.Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.Successful completion of a background check.Schedule and Travel RequirementsMonday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMTuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PMWednesday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PMThursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PMSaturday Availability: Must be available to work 2 to 3 Saturdays per month.Employees are expected to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled shift and record all time worked.Compensation and Benefits$21.00 hourlyTwo weeks of paid training.Paid Time Off with increased accrual over timeScrubs providedMajor medical, dental, and vision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability coverage401(k) with excellent employer matchCareer growth opportunities.Supportive, patient-focused team environment.Ready to Join Us?Include a short invitation for dependable, adaptable candidates to apply and grow their medical careers with our team.Important Information About Your ApplicationAll applications and candidate communication are managed directly by our Talent Acquisition team.Please do not contact the clinic or Human Resources regarding your application status.
