Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Working collaboratively with families to develop tailored treatment plans that promote understanding, engagement, and resolution of conflict.
\n
• Providing individual therapy to each family member as needed, ensuring holistic treatment.
\n
• Documenting progress notes and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents from varying backgrounds. Our primary focus areas include:

• Guiding families through the challenges of separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
