What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient neonatal care at a busy Level-IIIB NICU with 49 beds
• Manage critically ill neonates using advanced therapies such as inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), high-frequency ventilation, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Support extremely low gestational age neonates (ELGAN), including infants born at 22 weeks
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
• Oversee or support care in Level-IIIA NICU, Level-II NICU, and well-baby units
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Engage in outreach and telehealth neonatal services
• Contribute to neonatal delivery services and neonatal care coordination

What You Need

• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Valid license to practice in Missouri or eligible to obtain one

• Experience managing critically ill neonates
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
