Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, guiding them as they develop their clinical skills and work toward licensure.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow healthcare professionals, integrating community resources and referrals into client care plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and supervisory sessions.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research, best practices, and advancements in psychotherapy and mental health interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a varied patient population—each presenting their own unique set of challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state license such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Attractive salary range of USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with a signing bonus of $3,000.
