Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health and substance use needs through telehealth sessions, ensuring that the treatment plan is tailored to their specific challenges.

• Perform prior authorization reviews related to mental health and substance abuse services to ascertain medical necessity in accordance with established regulatory standards.

• Facilitate concurrent reviews of inpatient behavioral health cases, assessing overall health status, treatment requirements, and effective discharge planning.
\n
• Analyze behavioral health data to enhance care quality, promote effective service utilization, and identify areas for improvement.

• Educate clients and their families regarding the behavioral health services available including the utilization processes and care pathways.
\n
• Engage with healthcare providers to discuss client care strategies, and ensure they receive appropriate levels of service.

• Work collaboratively with medical directors and leadership to refine processes aimed at improving the quality of patient care and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and present comprehensive case reviews during staffing and integrated rounds to share insights and strategies.
\n
• Adhere to all organizational policies and industry standards in clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
