Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to guide sessions effectively.

• Provide structured support for clients experiencing PTSD, creating a safe space for them to express their feelings and work through their trauma.

• Manage client caseloads diligently while coordinating appropriate referrals to other health professionals or support services as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
