Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their unique needs and goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress measures to assess client improvement and adjust treatment methodologies as needed.

• Engage in weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership, providing you with clinical support and opportunities for professional development.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress within the EMR system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on individual adult clients who may be facing a range of mental health disorders. You will not only support those in need of routine counseling but also engage with higher-risk populations, ensuring that every client enjoys a compassionate and culturally responsive treatment experience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.

• Valid professional license as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist with at least one year of independent practice.

• Understanding of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by bonuses and a robust benefits package.
