Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Phoenix Rising Counseling Center, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) that allows for unsupervised practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing psychotherapy services to adults.
\n
• Strong competency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client documentation and collaboration.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against your license.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
