Overview:

• $23.00 hourly
• 1st Shift
• Opportunity to work on industrial equipment and heavy steel products
• Ability to interpret blueprints and follow welding procedures

What you'll do as: Side Frame Welder

• Perform welding operations on side frame assemblies and structural steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Prepare materials and components for welding
• Inspect completed welds for defects
• Operate welding equipment and fabrication tools

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in welding operations
• Ability to interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Experience in welding structural steel components
• Knowledge of welding processes and procedures
• Experience in quality control and inspection
• **Straight Mig (Overhead and Downhill); Flux (Horizontal)**
  - Must pass Plate Test: 3/8” plate, Mig welded in 3G (downhill) position
  - Must pass visual inspection
