Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client and customer inquiries. Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, friendly, and timely communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and expectations. Assist event attendees with registration, event information, schedules, and general questions. Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest and customer. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and excellent service delivery. Communicate important event updates, schedule changes, and relevant information to clients and attendees. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up communications. Support the overall success of marketing events through outstanding client and attendee care. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
