• Week 2: Tue/Thu, 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

• Week 4: Sat/Sun, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• Week 5: Mon/Wed, 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM
• Week 6: Mon, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM; Tue, 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care and support providers in a clinic setting. The LPN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care.

-> Responsibilities include:

• Provide nursing care to patients across various age groups.
• Assist providers with patient assessment, treatment, and procedures.
• Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform applicable clinical testing.
• Perform phlebotomy duties as required.
• Support patient communication and telephone triage as applicable.
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor and communicate patient concerns and changes in condition.
• Assist with clinic flow and other duties as assigned.

• Active Minnesota LPN/PN License at the time of submission — Required
• Current BLS Certification — Required
