All positions are remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule to fit your lifestyle. You will be able to determine your caseload, ranging from 10 to 30 billable hours per week, giving you control over your time and workload. Our friendly and encouraging work atmosphere promotes collaboration among therapists, and staff can connect via video conferencing or in-person for case discussions and group therapy sessions as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for clients, employing the latest DSM guidelines to determine mental health status and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, adapting as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including crisis management, short-term therapy, stress reduction techniques, and family dynamics counseling.

• Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records to document therapeutic sessions and maintain client confidentiality.

• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to treatment planning and aligning services with client needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting peer support and community among participants.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation on complex cases and contribute to quality assurance initiatives within the organization.

• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, state regulations, and organizational policies to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges and families dealing with complex dynamics. Your role will encompass supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders and facilitating their recovery journey through evidence-based therapies. Our clinic places a strong emphasis on treating the whole person, addressing emotional, social, and community factors that impact mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in Florida.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of professional experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.

• Proficiency using telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous involvement in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to new employees.
