Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active OT license in Texas
• Prior school-based OT experience preferred
• Familiarity with ESPED (IEP system) highly recommended
• Experience supervising COTAs and managing evaluations
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite OT services across the district (working district-wide)
• Supervise and collaborate with 2–3 COTAs
• Oversee evaluations, write and maintain IEP documentation in ESPED
• Maintain and submit accurate weekly timelogs to the Director for approval
• Ensure best practices in therapy are consistently upheld
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support planning
