Robert Half is seeking a Senior Accountant for an opportunity with a growing life sciences company. This role will support the month-end close, general ledger, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsMaintain and analyze general ledger accountsSupport financial reporting and management reportingAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisSupport accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash accounting as neededAssist with audit requests and maintain supporting documentationResearch and resolve accounting discrepanciesSupport process improvements and special accounting projects
