Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $17.50 Per Hour Total Rewards package available to our team: Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm) Eligibility for full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours worked; benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending Company‑paid life, accidental‑death insurance, exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for traveling between properties or other work‑related tasks Opportunities for performance‑based bonuses Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required Physical Requirements Transport, lift, or move items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk and move around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal clean and free of debris Qualifications Experience: Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies Transportation: A valid driver’s license is required and employees must use their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or conduct other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
