Based in Fremont, California, we support a wide range of industrial and utility customers with responsive engineering, short lead times, and reliable performance. We collaborate with leading component suppliers such as Noark to deliver integrated, high-quality power solutions across North America. Job Description
We are looking for a technically proficient Project Manager to lead power system projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with a background in electrical engineering or power systems and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of engineered-to-order projects
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams
- Communicate milestones and risks to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead meetings, handle documentation, and manage change orders
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in project management within power systems
- Familiarity with low and medium voltage switchgear
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- MS Project or similar tool proficiency
Preferred
- PMP Certification
- Experience with UL, IEEE, or IEC standards
