Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to assess clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resource availability.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions catered to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication about client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services and safety planning, enabling clients to navigate moments of acute distress effectively.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
