Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and healing among clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to ensure the well-being of clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and enhance client-centered care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing a strong foundation for effective therapeutic interventions.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
