Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide clinical services both in the office and in community settings, directly supporting clients who display symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Cultivate effective relationships with clients, family members, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the care process.

• Engage in continuous professional development and skill enhancement to achieve improved client outcomes focused on empowerment and choice.

• Conduct risk assessments and manage crises, providing interventions as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Create and implement comprehensive integrated care plans that enhance client access to necessary support services.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client treatment and progress, ensuring that outcomes are aligned with the clients' behavioral health needs.

• Respond to on-call duties during and after program hours as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to assist clients dealing with significant mental health issues and emotional disturbances. Many clients served are from historically underserved communities requiring sensitive and culturally competent care. Your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and interventions will play a crucial role in fostering recovery and enhancing client resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• A valid LICSW licensure in Massachusetts.
