Job Summary:Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic and influential leader, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies, processes, and procedures, along with exceptional decision-making abilities. The HR Business Partner will excel in managing interpersonal relationships and providing strategic HR support to drive organizational success.Responsibilities/Duties:Strategic Partnership and Advisory:Serve as a trusted business partner to Sales and Operations, providing counsel to leaders on HR policies, programs, systems, and toolsActively advocate for and role-model IDI’s culture and core valuesTalent Development and Employee Relations:Champion talent development: Coach/counsel managers through effective performance management and promote active individual employee developmentAssist managers with resolving employee relations concernsHR Strategy Execution:Effectively execute HR strategies including recruitment, benefits, compensation, engagement, organizational development, and learning strategiesImplement and facilitate HR programs to attract, develop, and retain IDI talentRecruitment and Onboarding:Partner with hiring managers to select, hire, and onboard new talentAnalytics and Performance:Use analytics to promote awareness and achieve attainment of HR functional goals and KPIsAdditional Responsibilities:Other duties as deemed beneficial to IDILeadership Competencies:Leads SelfCommunicates Effectively & CandidlyDrives for ResultsDemonstrates AccountabilityTakes InitiativeCollaboratesLeads OthersSelects Top TalentDevelops OthersThinks StrategicallyBuilds a Strong CultureQualifications/Skills:HR Knowledge and Legal Compliance:Broad functional HR knowledge, including federal, state, and local employment laws, is preferredProject Management and Analytical Skills:Project management, analytical skills, and knowledge of Human Capital systems is requiredFlexibility and Mobility:Ability to travel up to 25% of the timeEducation and/or Experience:3-5 years of experience as a business partner, supporting remote leadersBS/BA in Business Administration/Human Resources, or equivalent experience requiredOne of the core values at IDI is Family, and it shows in our benefits!
