Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, employing evidence-based practices to foster healthier relationships and communication.
\n
• Specialize in addressing a range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and separation/divorce adjustments.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated care for patients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will have a direct impact on a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will engage with clients experiencing various challenges, offering tailored interventions that promote healing and personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy in a remote setting or via telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
