This role serves as the primary liaison between Global Treasury and its banking partners, ensuring banking services effectively support the firm's treasury operations, liquidity management, risk management, investment activities, and strategic growth initiatives.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Oaktree's banking strategy, overseeing banking partner performance evaluation frameworks, and building scalable reporting, analytics, and governance processes across the firm's banking network. A key responsibility will be establishing and enhancing the bank relationship management infrastructure, including the development of centralized reporting and data management capabilities related to bank balances, interest rates, fee structures, service utilization, and banking partner performance. The role will be expected to identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, improve data transparency, and deliver actionable insights to Finance leadership and business stakeholders while leveraging Oaktree's global banking relationships and enterprise scale to enhance service delivery, optimize commercial outcomes, and support the firm's financing and liquidity experience in Treasury, Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Banking Relationship Management, Treasury Consulting, or related financial services functionsExperience managing relationships with global financial institutions, custodians, investment banks, lenders, and transaction banking providersExperience leading reporting, analytics, data management, or automation initiatives within Treasury, Banking, Finance, or OperationsStrong understanding of banking products and services, including payments, liquidity management, cash management, account services, custody and prime brokerage, credit facilities, and online banking platformsExperience conducting banking performance reviews, service assessments, and relationship governance activitiesDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, manage complex initiatives, and drive issue resolution across multiple functionsExperience within investment management, alternative asset management, banking, or global
