Minutemen Staffing is now hiring for Skilled CNC Operators for a local manufacturing facility!

Shift - Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm

Pay - $30 an hr. based on experience

Temp to Hire Position

Job Duties:

• Perform all assigned machine shop operations
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee. (i.e., tool wear, surface finish, and foreign object debris
• Complete and maintain paperwork for parts
• Perform all assigned machine shop operations
• Thorough knowledge of all types of tooling and materials
• Utilize micrometers & calibers
• Thorough knowledge of all types of tooling and materials
• Meet ongoing production quotas while working within very close tolerances

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical and technical capacity
• Time management skills
• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Able to lift and carry heavy objects
• Basic understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes
